The Archeobus tourist route goes through the centre of Rome and then along the Park of Via Appia Antica. It runs every day (holidays included) with departures every 30 minutes from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm and terminus in Piazza dei Cinquecento (Termini Railway Station). The route starts from Cinquecento Square and it stops at the most famous Roman archaeological sights along the Appian way (Circo Massimo, Mura Aureliane, San Callisto and San Sebastiano catacombs, Tempio di Romolo, Circo di Massenzio, Mausoleo di Cecilia Metella, Villa dei Quintili, Mausoleo di Casal Rotondo, Valle della Caffarella, Baths of Caracalla, etc).
The journey lasts about 1 hr and 30 minutes. The route is managed with single deck open buses equipped with sono-system in 8 languages (Italian, French, English, German, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese) and with disable people position. Tickets have daily validity and Stop&Go formula that allows you to hop on/off at any of the stops all day long. You can buy ticket online, on board, at Trambus info box in Piazza dei Cinquecento (Termini Railway Station) or Piazza del Colosseo and at Trambus Open authorized dealers.
